Chamber Hire Agreement Conditions
To book the HBOT, the Customer must provide Hyperbaric Therapies with the following information:
Once the Customer has provided all the required information and agreed to the terms and conditions of the agreement, Hyperbaric Therapies will confirm the booking.
Payment
The Customer must pay the full fee for hiring the HBOT in advance, plus a deposit. The fee covers the hire of the HBOT for two months. Additional fees will apply for extended periods. If the Customer cancels the booking within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, they will be liable for the full fee.
Use of the HBOT
The Customer must ensure that the HBOT is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines. The Customer must also ensure that the HBOT is operated by a qualified and trained operator. The Customer must use the HBOT in a safe and appropriate manner, taking into account any health or medical conditions of the user(s). Hyperbaric Therapies reserves the right to refuse access to the HBOT if it deems the use is not safe or appropriate.
Liability
Hyperbaric Therapies will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from the use of the HBOT. The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage for any potential liability arising from the use of the HBOT.
Termination
Hyperbaric Therapies reserves the right to terminate the hire of the HBOT at any time if the Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of the agreement. The Customer may terminate the hire of the HBOT by providing at least seven days' written notice to the Company.
Returns and Damages
Upon termination of the hire period, the Customer must return the HBOT in its original condition. Any damage or malfunction not resulting from regular use will be the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer may be charged for repairs or replacements due to damage caused during their hire period.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them.
Amendments
This agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
